Green House Framing is the creation of artists, Lisa Pratt and Lars Jorgensen, partners in life and work. We launched Green House Framing in 2002, as a vehicle to marry our artistic desires with our green
lifestyle. We’ve built Green House Framing, from the ground up, beginning with the picture frame design on through to our website today. Every single aspect has been imagined, designed, and implemented by the two of us. Each frame continues to be made from scratch in our Portland, Oregon studio. We take pride in the fact that we are the only cruelty-free company in the U.S. making picture frames from reclaimed wood, while using the most environmentally conscious methods possible. Each frame is a labor of love and we believe they are as much a work of art as what is being placed inside. We hope that you will agree!
